Located on the 42nd floor with panoramic Nile views, the apartment balances grandeur and warmth, diplomacy and comfort. The client’s request was clear: a home that could accommodate extended family while maintaining the ambiance of a high-end hotel apartment.

The layout was carefully restructured to create three expansive bedroom suites, each designed with the comfort and elegance of luxury hospitality. The reception zone is divided into two generous seating areas: one facing the Nile in a serene, contemplative setting, and another larger space designed to host the full family comfortably—anchored by a massive screen and plush, inviting seating.

Throughout the residence, classical elements are elevated through bold design moves: richly detailed wall paneling, pronounced cornices, and curated lighting that softly highlights architectural transitions. The black-and-white marble floor in the reception area adds structure and contrast, while imported antiques and sculptural art pieces give the space a sense of global refinement.
