Project Story
The Mock-up Design apartment in Jeddah was crafted with a very specific purpose: to serve as a compelling show unit within a building for which we had already provided the architectural design.
The objective was to create an interior that would effectively aid sales by appealing to the broadest possible audience. This was not a turnkey project for a specific client, but rather a strategic design mock-up intended to showcase the potential and versatility of the living spaces.
Our design approach centered on a minimalist Japandi style, utilizing a palette of soft beiges and gentle tones. This choice was deliberate, aiming to create a universally appealing aesthetic that would not impose a strong personal taste, but rather provide a beautiful, clean canvas. The idea was to allow potential buyers to easily envision their own personal touches and future customizations within the space. The design focused on simplicity, natural materials, and an uncluttered environment, ensuring that the apartment felt spacious, serene, and inviting.
The feedback from this project was overwhelmingly positive, proving its effectiveness as a sales tool. The minimalist and adaptable design resonated strongly with visitors, demonstrating how a thoughtful, understated approach can be incredibly impactful in achieving commercial objectives. This apartment stands as a testament to the power of design in influencing perception and facilitating successful sales.
