Project Story
Where Paths Meet and the Sky Opens Up
The story of Mojabab is about bringing things together—where individual walks lead to shared moments, and where buildings open up to the endless sky. It starts with the ground itself, where different flooring patterns invite you to explore. One path, smooth and clear, guides you with a modern feel, while another, textured and winding, encourages a slower, more thoughtful walk through the garden.
This careful dance of surfaces leads you through a landscape dotted with places to rest. Benches, made from strong concrete and softened with wood, are placed just right, tucked into lush planting pockets. Here, residents can pause, look at the central tree—a quiet anchor in this green space—or just enjoy the gentle sound of wind through the leaves.
Beyond these shared paths, the design reaches into the private areas of the villas, especially the backyards. Here, the idea of an open-air sanctuary truly comes alive. Instead of traditional roofs, the backyards are designed without a ceiling, creating a natural skylight. This bold choice connects you directly to the sky, filling the space with natural light and offering an ever-changing view of clouds and stars. It’s like a private outdoor room for the elements, where the edges of the home blend into the vastness above.
Even practical parts, like the parking area, are designed with care. The interlocking pavers, while useful, add to the overall look, providing a structured pattern that balances the natural flow of the pathways.
Mojabab invites you to experience the outdoors with purpose. It’s a landscape made not just to be seen, but to be felt, to be walked on, and to be lived in—a layered sanctuary where every journey leads to something new, and every moment is framed by the open sky.
We crafted this playroom as the ultimate indoor adventure. The rock-climbing wall isn’t just for exercise; it’s a mountain to be conquered. The swing isn’t just a toy; it’s a vessel for soaring through the clouds. Every design element, from the cloud-shaped beanbag to the mountain-scape wallpaper, was chosen to blur the lines between reality and a child’s imagination. It is a testament to the belief that a well-designed space can be more than just a place to live; it can be a playground for the mind, a canvas for creativity, and a daily invitation to play

The Vision: An Orchestrated Outdoor Experience
For Mojabab, we wanted to create outdoor areas that are both beautiful and useful. Our goal was to design different zones that work well together, making the whole experience richer for everyone living there. This project is about crafting outdoor spaces where every detail, from the ground you walk on to the sky above, is carefully planned to make people feel good and connected.
Design Strategy: Sculptural Minimalism
Our plan focused on how people move through and use the space. We designed pathways using different types of flooring, not just to show the way, but to gently lead people through various pleasant areas. This visual guidance helps residents find their way from lush garden spots to places where they can meet up. We also included a dedicated parking area with strong, interlocking pavers that fit nicely with the overall look. The design finishes with a special backyard idea: acting like a natural skylight that brings the outside in, making the line between home and nature disappear.
A Symphony of Materials
We chose materials for Mojabab that are tough and feel good to touch, making sure they look great and fit the design story.
- Pathways: We used different flooring materials to make walking interesting. Smooth, polished concrete marks the main paths, giving a clean, modern feel. This changes to natural, uneven flagstones in garden areas, making the walk feel more organic and textured. This mix of textures and colors subtly guides you and changes the mood as you move.
- Parking Area: The parking lot is built with strong, interlocking pavers. This makes it very durable and helps with drainage. Its patterned look adds a structured feel that works well with the softer garden parts.
- Seating: Benches are made from a mix of raw concrete and warm, responsibly sourced wood. This blend shows how the project balances practical needs with natural comfort, offering inviting spots to rest among the plants.
- Landscape Elements: Besides the lively grass and various plants, we used simple architectural touches like low stone walls (gabion walls) filled with local rocks. These add texture and define the garden beds. A large, mature tree stands out as a central landmark, giving shade and a natural gathering point for everyone.
Color Palette: Earth's Gentle Hues
The colors we chose are inspired by nature, creating a calm and refreshing outdoor setting.
- Main Colors: Cool grays from the concrete and pavers, along with warm, sandy beiges from some flagstones, set a calm but welcoming base. These colors are beautifully contrasted by the deep, varied greens of all the plants.
- Accent Colors: The natural shades of the wooden benches add warmth, and occasional bright flowers bring small pops of color. This keeps the landscape lively and interesting all year.
