This exceptional project, the El Rehab Apartment, was conceived for a truly distinguished client: one of the world’s most renowned cosmetic surgeons, a U.S. citizen, along with his equally accomplished wife and children, all part of a prominent medical family. Having spent a lifetime between America and the Gulf, our client decided to embark on a new chapter, choosing to return to Egypt for his retirement. His vision was clear: a home that was not only incredibly cozy but also exuded an undeniable elegance, seamlessly blending luxury with the practicalities of smart living.
The core challenge was to achieve the client’s desire for a deeply comfortable, inviting space with the sophisticated elegance he was accustomed to. Every element in the apartment was meticulously chosen to facilitate an effortless life, with smart home integrations ensuring that daily routines were simplified and enhanced. This was designed as a true retirement haven, a place where he and his wife could not only enjoy their golden years in utmost comfort but also gather with their beloved grandchildren in Egypt.
