Project Story
Villa Nayef was crafted as a quiet retreat for an elderly couple—a space where calm lives in every corner. The vision was clear: soft lines, warm tones, and a modern layout that breathes without noise. No clutter, no flash—just simplicity done right.
We worked with a palette of natural hues: soft beige, warm stone, and gentle touches of burnt orange. Every shade was chosen to reflect ease and comfort, with textures that invite touch and spaces that feel open yet grounded.
The double-height living space stands tall, but never cold. Light pours in through large windows, dancing on neutral surfaces and bringing life to even the quietest moments. Furniture was selected with intention—low, practical, and timeless, tailored to the couple’s needs and pace.
Outside, we extended the same tone—calm and effortless. The outdoor area flows from the inside like a continuation of the same story: modern, simple, and made to be lived in.
Villa Nayef isn’t just a house—it’s a slow breath, a soft rhythm, a home that meets you gently at every step.
