Project Story
This investment unit was specifically designed for a Saudi investor with a portfolio of properties in Egypt, aiming to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) through long-term rentals. The primary challenge was to transform a small apartment into a highly functional and elegant space, akin to a serviced apartment, where every room could serve as a master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.
Our design approach focused on intelligent space planning and a meticulous selection of materials that balanced sophistication with cost-effectiveness. We successfully created a compact yet fully operational unit, featuring a dedicated luggage storage area at the entrance and a complete, ready-to-use kitchen. The aesthetic is very elegant, achieved through the innovative use of intersecting wooden cladding combined with tinted mirrors, which not only add visual depth but also contribute to the unit’s refined character. The inclusion of high-quality wallpaper, large abstract paintings, and subtle gold, silver, and burgundy accents further elevates the luxurious feel. This project stands as a testament to achieving a high-end look and maximizing rental value within a constrained space and budget, making it a highly attractive asset for the investor.
